Air Conditioning Maintenance Services (UK) Ltd in Cramlington was established in January 1994, and is now one of the leading providers of air conditioning in Northumberland and throughout the UK.
The company has at present four Directors inclusive of the company secretary.
During the time we have been established, we have procured many lucrative air conditioning contracts within the building services industry, and we have also established a solid customer base across Northumberland and the UK.
Our strength stems from the hands-on approach from the directors of the company and the recruitment of our large team of highly skilled air conditioning engineers. We employ skilled air conditioning, heating and plumbing engineers as well as ventilation engineers in Northumberland and throughout the UK.
Each project we undertake is personally supervised by a director on site to maintain professionalism at all times, and to ensure the project is completed on time and to the highest of standards.
Our team of installation and service engineers are all highly qualified in their respective fields and are CSCS skill card registered, as well as holding tickets for abrasive wheels, scaffold and MEWP usage. Our heating and plumbing engineers hold Corgi registration and our air conditioning engineers hold City and Guilds 2078 certificates for safe handling of refrigerants. We are also a registered waste carrier. All of our employees are committed to the professionalism, success and advancement of our company. The quality of installation and service work that we provide is of the utmost importance to them as well as to us.
The directors of the company have several years' expertise in the application and design of all types of air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and ventilation solutions to suit any environment should it be required. This is supported by the latest computer and office technology.
We currently supply a full range of air conditioning equipment from leading manufacturers including, Hitachi, Fujitsu, Daikin, Mitsubishi, Denco, Lennox and Toshiba, to name but just a few.
Having established ourselves within the air conditioning and refrigeration industry we are now progressing and expanding. HVAC has recognised our commitment to professionalism and quality since 2001, while our Managing Director has been a member of the Institute of Refrigeration since 1990.
